Poor Customer Service
My company rented an apartment at Legacy Woods for $2000/month including maid service. We paid the first 3 months rent upfront. Our employee decided to stay an extra month and due to accounting employee changes the rent was not paid until 5:30 on the 5th of the month - we were charged a late fee and threatened with eviction!!! They had $6000 of our money upfront!!!! Then when our employee moved out they charged us $75 carpet cleaning fee that was not stated in the lease, $21 for replacing 3 drip pans (we dont know what this is) and $75 for cleaning the apartment as they say the bathrooms, kitchen floor and windows/blinds were dirty - hello we paid for their maid service once a week - shouldnt they have been keeping this clean already!!! They were very nice when we first moved in then became very rude and difficult to deal with. Im sure we will not rent from them again!! Beware!!Share This Review
