Overall, not a bad place (if your rich) until check outs that is. They make most of their money through flat-out extortion. My 50 year old father (the hardest working man I've ever met) came by to buffer the floors, clean the stoves, scrub the bathtub, clean the toilet, etc. because I was at work and unable (like most college students) to find the time. Despite all my father's efforts and my timely evacuation from the place, we were still hit with upwards of $600.00 worth of fines. The buffered floors weren't good enough for a disgruntled employee (who was upset that he had to work from 8am to 1pm for checkouts. Apparently a five hour shift is asking a lot from their employees who like to lather extra charges on the clientele in response to any inconvenience they encounter..) Some examples of these fines are a $100 charge for the floor not being cleaned well enough, $50 dollars for a dirty microwave (FIFTY DOLLARS TO WIPE DOWN A MICROWAVE!), $75 for a dirty bathtub, $100 dollars for a dirty fridge, etc etc etc. The staff was unfriendly and completely silent when I arrived with my complaint. They gave me their bosses # even though he was present in the room (he didn't want to confront the issue directly). The place has one star for a reason. It's a scam. Talk to ANYBODY on campus. They entice freshmen who don't know better and they financial extort their parents who never would of guessed a place so corrupt could get away with it for so long. The only people living at prime place are people who didn't take precaution to review the terms. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR ROUTING NUMBER; THEY WILL BANKRUPT YOU!!! Go to hell Prime Place or stop exploiting these kid's parents!
