We lived at the Park for almost 3 years. We have no children and rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath and we own 2 pets (both and cat and a dog). I always recommend that renters keep track of your own agreement and communicate by email for a written record. I loved that the Park honored its original agreement each year we renewed. Another thing I really like is that the management did not constantly bother us. We requested a garage after a year of living there and in preparation for a new car purchase. When a garage opened up near our apartment they offered it to us. There is enough parking for each apartment to have 2 spots, but the problem is when people have guest or children that drive a car as well. I felt the walls were better than most apartments but the flours were a bit thin. It is apartment life. They allow larger breed dogs (which most apartments do not). They always supplied doggy poo bags and rarely ran out. The issue is lazy people that did not pick up after their dogs. Maintenance/grounds would pick up the dog poo/trash weekly but people took advantage of this. We took good care of our apartment and even received part of our pet deposit back.
The pool was always well kept and I enjoyed relaxing in the pool and under the provided shade. I worked nights for some time while living at the Park and always felt safe. It was always well lit. The gate did break down every once in awhile. Maintenance was always good about fixing issues promptly. Staff changed several times while we lived there and they were always kind even if they did not know me. People who moved from a house to apartment life expect it to be a lot quieter and private. Again I say its apartment life. I would recommend this location to my friends and would return there myself if needed.
