Not bad for the price.
My two year old and I moved into a one bedroom recently and so far I can't complain. I'm still in school and needed a cheap decent apartment but still needing to stay in Yukon. The rent is only 385 a month and that's really cheap, especially because it comes with a washer and dryer. The staff has been very friendly so far and I hope it stays that way. I havent met my neighbors yet but they are very quiet which is a plus. The type of people who live here are super nice and upstanding. I actually had an older guy offer to help me move my table upstairs! They're not the nicest apartments around but you can't beat the price or the people who live here. The down sides are: upstairs there are soft spots in the kitchen and bathrooms. I have known 3 people who lived upstiars here and they all have them, get a rug and you won't notice. The washer and dryer are small and my dryer takes a while to dry but it still gets the job done. There are no lights in the living room, but that can be fixed with a 12 dollar lamp from Wal Mart (: Also parking is not the easiest to find after about 9 p.m. BUT that's because the apartments tend to stay full lol I really like it here for the time being ((:Share This Review
