9/2/15 Feedback: I moved into the Quatama Village apartment complex in Sept 2013. I just love the location (across from a MAX station), and I think the management and maintenance teams are fantastic! Nicole (the manager), Jason (assistant manager), and Claudia (leasing director) are consistently professional, courteous, friendly, capable, knowledgeable, diplomatic, and extremely efficient. Just when I thought this -------- couldn't get worse, it did. I now have drug dealers living NEXT DOOR to me. Alerted management, they don't care. Cops are always being called on various tenants for something. I see multiple cops almost weekly. Everything from drugs, guns, break-ins, domestics, vandalism, the list goes on and on. Management does not and WILL NOT get involved or evict more

BEWARE! The staff make living in Forest Ridge HORRIBLE. They are rude, careless, and idiotic. They make the lower rates not worth the hassle. We will be leaving as soon as we can come up with the moving charges! Please, listen to myself and previous reviewers and stay away! It's not worth your happiness. Also, MOLD is growing in most of the apartments. I have personally spoken with 4 other more

My experience at this property hasn't been bad. Nothing is perfect Upside to living there: -Close to shopping areas -Price is good -Fairly safe My only issues there: -Some neighbor that scratched my car without saying anything but that. -The deadbolt stopped working my time & after hours number was useless.. The management has recently changed & a lot of things are changing. Lightning & more

I lived at the Masters for a year and I regret ever leaving. I want to move back so much but I know it wouldn't be the same if I wasn't in the same unit. The management was really friendly. They have like seasonal flyers that they leave at your door and they leave little bags of goodies during holidays. It's a smaller complex which is nice that they can add a personal touch. I never more

I have to finish out my lease here, so will not leave a detailed posting until I've left and received my deposit back, but I will say this, move here at your own risk. This place is like the twilight zone, for sure. Check back in May or June of '12 for a details of the nightmare that is Suzann Plaza. more

I was calling to get some information and had gotten a hold of Heather. Throughout the phone call, all she was doing was giggling and laughing. I did not find this very professional and would rather not deal with a company who cannot "keep it together" while on the job. As I did not visit the location, I gave everything a 3, but as compared to other locations, it's on the bottom of more

This place is a joke. Looks very nice and safe at first glance, wrong! The cops are here every other day, not just one car either there is always a min of 2-3 cop cars! They are doing "maintanence" on the property, NO NOTICE GIVEN! They tore up huge chunks of the sidewalk and left them open over the weekend, and they didn't even clean up the mess, nails and screws everywhere, even more

No, absolutely, Not. I don't know what has happened to the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, but investors and property management companies seem to feel justified in turning the area into another L.A. or San Francisco. Sadly, only a very small percentage of the population in the entire Portland metro area can afford to rent an apartment now. $900 or more a month for one bedroom apartments in more
