Resident 2013 - 2014

I have to agree with the other reviews, the staff is completely unprofessional. Angie who is one of the leasing agents loves to stand by the post man when he is delivering mail, she checks to see what each tenant is getting in the mail. This women is rude, unprofessional and a complete joke. The office staff is the Beaverton Gestapo. They send letters constantly threatening that they will evict tenants. The letters stem from how you are allowed to park in your own space, from telling you what you can have on your balcony. For example certain types of plants are not allowed on the balcony nor any type of lights. I understand that there are people who put trash on their balconies but come on, telling you which plants you can have goes too far. The maintenance guy religiously goes through the trash on Sundays checking to see what tenants have thrown away. They advertise themselves as luxury apartments, but their is no central air, so you will cook in the summer, you can hear your neighbors sneeze because the walls are so thin, no pool or gym, the appliances are old and the complex grounds are not clean. The people who live at the complex are straight out ------. It was about 25 degrees one day and the neighbor was walking around in a shirt, underwear and tiny robe around the complex. My neighbor kindly decided to throw-up all over my parking space...several times...during the summer. After seeing the throw-up bake in my space I spoke to the leasing office so that they could clean it up, the manager, Brian said he knew about the throw-up but that it happened by accident...really you knew and didn't have anyone clean it up! Allegedly a smoke free complex, our apartment was constantly engulfed in smoke. The lovely maintenance man knocked on my door with probably 20 cigarette butts and accused me of smoking and littering!!! I complained several times about the cigarette smell but the only thing that was done by the leasing office was to send out more threatening letters, which guess what did not do anything. I spoke to the Management company who thankfully let us out of our lease do to all the problems we had at this place. I really think that the positive reviews are written by the staff. When you live in an apartment do you really know such specific details about the place, such as how many units are in the complex? Some of the reviews on here have such details about the complex that it just proves that the leasing office is writing the reviews.
