The Good:

Fireplace: Electric, and can be used for heating in the winter or atmosphere (no heat).

Kitchen: Plenty of cabinet, and counter space, nice floors, new appliances (microwave included).

Masterbed & Bath: Good size masterbedroom, and the bathroom is awesome. Can you say jacuzzi tub?! How many apartments do you know of that put a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom? The second bath is rather small, but doable.

Separate dining area from living room.

Great lighting display in the kitchen (although it can get a little warm in the summer.) Nice lighting in the dining room as well.

Neighbors: So far, so good. I mean there's going to be some noise when you live in apartments. There are 3 floors at Progress Terrace. We are on the middle floor and it's really not that bad. None of our neighbors smoke which is great! We haven't had a problem with loud music or tv's either. Even over the 4th of July weekend the complex was quiet by 11PM.

I've found that this is a family oriented community. I mean there are babies in strollers and toddlers all around, which tells you a little about the community atmosphere.

Neighborhood - Wonderful! I love the Murrayhill/Bull Mountain area. The houses are very nice and it's a safe, quiet community.

The Bad

Parking - Yes, parking does suck! The spaces are way too small, and there is not enough of it. The reason you get ticketed for parking along the street is because it's a bike lane, and only one lane.

No Amenities - How could they not have a swimming pool and workout area? That is pretty strange for them being so new. I asked and there is no talk about adding facilities either. Too bad.
