When I first moved in, the management staff was very kind and courteous. They billed these homes as luxury apartments to beat anything in the area. For a while it seemed to be true. Little by little the small things started to add up.

Parking: As sparse as it was at the beginning, now there is no guest parking within the complex and you will get a ticket if you park along the street. The nearest parking is blocks away at the Albertsons. This would be expected for downtown, but not in the heart of the urbs.

Noise: This apartment complex is like living in a beehive. You can hear everyonesbusiness at all hours from across the other side of the complex. Do you know your local noise ordinances? They do not.

Light: There are so many lights attached to every building surface that it is a must to hang your own curtains behind the closed mini-blinds, unless you like having a night light while you sleep.

Management: The management would rather tape threatening letters to your door than call you to inform you that you should replace the battery in your smoke alarm. The alarms are hard-wired and apparently dont give off the customary beep when the backup battery gives out, but they tell you this is a violation and further violations will result in further actions

I want out as soon as humanly possible.
