Before I write my review, I'd just like to say to the people who are complaining about the trains...why would you move into the yards AT UNION STATION if the train noise annoys you? Idiots.

I live in a studio in the far right apartments. It's occasionally noisy from drunken college students & my neighbor plays loud, awful music, but that's what I signed myself into by getting an apartment...I can't really complain about that. The staff doesn't always get things done as quickly as I'd like, but they're always really welcoming and friendly whenever i'm in the leasing office. There's on-site internet access and a huge flat screen tv you can watch when the office is open.

My apartment was clean when I moved in, except for the windows. The windows are insulated but somehow mold has found it's way in between the window. I can't clean it because I don't have access.

The laundry room is on-site and it's actually really nice. There's no change machine so it's kinda inconvenient. The hallways are clean, and the walls are painted in tasteful colors. The elevators are slow, though. Parking is a nightmare and VERY expensive..so I had to sell my car because I couldn't afford to park it..the MAX is my transportation now

It's really a typical apartment. Everything works when you need it to work, there is just some small issues that you get over. It has a keyless entry and a gate, so we are somewhat safe. Sometimes I can't tell if the person I passed on my way into my apartment was a crack head or they really live in the apartments...

I would recommend this apartment. It's cozy. If you don't like the trains, and you're gonna ----- about it, don't even bother living here because you hear them very often.
