I lived in Granada for 6 months. I recently moved out in December. I experienced very bad alergies. When I moved out, I saw that mold had actually grown on my furniture. Not the best living conditions. My place was in the basement and it was damp and unkept in the hallways. My apartment ws also damp, that explains the mold I guess. The whole place was dirty and unkept. My apartment was nice of course, but the halls and building itself was just uncalled for. In the summer there is always parties. The people down the hall always had them, which was fun. I felt for their neighbors though. Other people in the aparmtents are sometimes creepy but others were really nice. It´s okay if your young and like to party. Also when I moved in they told me NO DOGS so I bought a kitten because I couldn´t have a dog. Well, after seeing people walking large pitt bulls and other dogs, I found out that you can have a dog if you use a deposit. Also, I thought that it was stupid because they charge you for birds and fish. What type of mess does a fish produce? If you had two fish tanks you pay double the deposit, same with birds.
In conclusion
-DIRTY, MOLDY, HORRIBLE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE
-NOISY
-CHEAP (GOOD PRICE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR RIGHT?)
-ONLY PERFECT IF YOUR YOUNG AND YOU LOVE TO PARTY.
