The move-in process has been a wonderful experience. The community is quiet and family friendly. Bring your pets, they are welcome too. We are excited to get to know our neighbors and this summer we can check out the swimming pool. Oh, the fitness center will help me with my New Year's resolution. more

I actually just moved in and do not have much to share at this time but to be honest one thing I must say , I had an accident happen where the ceiling in the hallway of my apt was hit as I was trying to move furniture in and I am surprised that the office called me back and said that I would be charged for this. I know that there are some apt complexes that would understand the situation and not more

Long time tenant .... we recently had our carpets cleaned by Dennis due to high traffic and some staining. Not only was flexible and responsive, but did a fantastic job in cleaning all the carpets. It really made the apartment look much better. Thanks Dennis!! more

Williamsburg Estates

I loved living at Williamsburg Estates. Lived there for about 2 years. It's the best apartment complex in the Harrisburg region. Everybody minds their own business and you can't beat heat being included! If I wasn't offered a great job in the West coast, I would've stayed for a lot longer! You can't put a price on peace of mind and friendly/attentive staff. Would highly more

Pennsylvania Place

301 Chestnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17101

I moved in Fall of 2014 and I thought that PA Place, was a good choice in rental living. It was closer to my job, and closer to public transportation, and a few stores for quick shopping. But after living in the building for about 7 1/2 months, I am counting down the time that I left on my lease to look for another place to live. I will start with the main three leasing office staff, talk about more

Grayco Apartments (formerly Grayco Associates)

Oh my God -- where do I begin? The rental manager is a fat, orange yam. (Trust me -- you'll see her makeup) The apartments are a mess, and the rent is less than you'd think. Rightfully so, since the hot water shuts off, the heat never works, and the air conditioning fee is outrageous. Don't let yanface fool you. You are ----ed here. DO NOT RENT. more

Beaufort Manor Apartments

I've lived at BM for a number of years. They have what must be the largest units in the area. Heat, gas, and water are included but ... they regulate the heat( I was cold all winter), you must run your water in the a.m. (when some complained their solution was notices asking us all to be considerate WHEN we showered). The answer is that they added a new but insufficient heater. There is more

Aspen Hill Apartments (formerly Chambers Ridge Apartments)

5069 Stacey Drive E, Harrisburg, PA 17111

My complaints would be the maintenance man that gave me an attitude when calling about an issue, the laundry facilities that do not properly work, and the unorganized office staff. Other than that.. I'd say it is a safe area with minimal noise where I am located. The location is great. No problems thus far with the neighbors. more

Executive House Apartments

Unprofessional staff. Cater more to the tenants in the new renovated lofts. I requested screens for my apartment windows and was told that maintenance was on the way up. No screens, never showed up. Blatantly lied to me more than once. Maintenance staff have no concern for tenants. Can't even respond to a hello. No security in the evening. They had a wonderful security man who worked here for more

Spring Valley

4131 Spring Valley Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109

I lived here for a few years. First, the parking is horrible. There isn't enough spaces for everyone to park near their building. This is due to all the handicap spaces all over the complex. This is a problem for many and will eventually make good tenants leave the complex. Second, the water temperature is hot and cold. You may be taking a bath/shower and suddenly, the cold water appears out more
