My wife my daughter and I lived at old City Hall for one year. It is a great place to live. The building is always so clean and well-maintained. Dennis is a great maintenance man. Always on top of things. Angela was a wonderful property manager. Super nice and always maked sure things were taken care of as soon as possible. Our experience there was awesome and we would recommend this apartment more

I loved living at Williamsburg Estates. Lived there for about 2 years. It's the best apartment complex in the Harrisburg region. Everybody minds their own business and you can't beat heat being included! If I wasn't offered a great job in the West coast, I would've stayed for a lot longer! You can't put a price on peace of mind and friendly/attentive staff. Would highly more

I've been living in Executive House for about 4 months now. I am fortunate to live in one of their brand new renovated studios which are absolutely beautiful and very upscale for the area. I must admit, living in one of these apartments comes at a significant price but if you like entertaining or spend a lot of time at home, it is a worthy investment. Overall I'm satisfied with my more

So far it has been great. I can't thank the maintenace crew enough. Very fast and efficient. They even went above and beyond to clean my place. The office staff has been great as well. They helped me with everything prior to me moving in. Very helpful. more

Aspen Hill Apartments (formerly Chambers Ridge Apartments)

My complaints would be the maintenance man that gave me an attitude when calling about an issue, the laundry facilities that do not properly work, and the unorganized office staff. Other than that.. I'd say it is a safe area with minimal noise where I am located. The location is great. No problems thus far with the neighbors. more

This place is not about safety and refuse to fix my sliding door that has a half inch gap under the door. This has allowed a lot of the cold air to come in and they said for me to go and buy plastic for it. They refuse to fix the back entrance door to the building which has allowed people to walk inside the units and attempt to open apartment door. You can hear everything that your neighbors are more

Worst experience I ever had living in Central Pa. Since we moved in here in 2013, this place has not only been a joke but a ripoff. The maintenance workers can't fix the simplest thing as a toilet let alone anything else. We had to call in and complain just to have them cut down the over grown bamboo trees out back. One time we had to call them about mildew in our bathroom due to the vents more

I lived here for a few years. First, the parking is horrible. There isn't enough spaces for everyone to park near their building. This is due to all the handicap spaces all over the complex. This is a problem for many and will eventually make good tenants leave the complex. Second, the water temperature is hot and cold. You may be taking a bath/shower and suddenly, the cold water appears out more
