Do not live here.
Where to start...the rent was extremely high considering what the hellish experiance. The apartment was clean and relatively new but the walls were about an inch thin and parties happened about every thirty seconds along with drunken fist fights, four seperate gunshots heard, and bums dumpster diving almost daily and cars were broken into numerous times of people that I knew also living there. The door had no security peep hole and flew open from the smallest gust of wind when not bolt locked. The parking was a joke considering you got one spot for a two bedroom apartment and had to pay 30 dollars a month for a second one that you should have gotten in the first place. I've yet to hear if I'll recieve any of my 926 dollar security deposit back but I doubt that will happen because Copper Beech is notorious for keeping them regardless of the aparments condition. They automatically keep 400 dollars of this security deposit to recarpet the carpets yet charge you for every ciggerate burn in the carpet about to be replaced with your money while when we moved in there was a gigantic brown spot on my roomates carpet..the office staff except for the nice maintaince staff are -------- masters and i'd rather live in the dumpsters outside with the bums then move back here again.Share This Review
