This is an amazing apartment! I really love the layout and the ease of the community resources. This is an ideal location for amazing schools and lot of good shopping within walking distance. Restaurants are within walking distance as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My dog loves the area and my kids love the schools and neighborhood!! more

Very professional. I had a very tight window to move to Lebanon due to starting a new job. They made it a very easy and fast transition. Extremely satisfied. I have only been here a week but things have gone well. I only have one minor concern and that would be the noise from the person living above me they are very heavy on there feet, hopefully it will subside. more

I have lived here for 2 years and I must say it is a very pleasant place to live. It is quiet, friendly and the land lords and staff. They are family orientated and always respond to problems you have with your apartment speedily. They are understanding, the staff is awesome and I enjoy living here. more

Plenty of parking. Surprisingly very very safe and comfortable environment. No disturbing noise from neighbors. Grounds is well kept up. The layout of the place is nice - lot of room. Kitchen - particularly - dishwasher and cabinets could be replaced. Staff is helpful. I'm not the easiest person to deal with and whenever I called in they were helpful and resolved every matter. Donnie is the more

Noise is a huge problem here me and my girlfriend have been here almost 2 years now and its been a living hell ever since. Buildings are old and the owners are cheap asses. Resident managers dont want to address that the tenants either keep noise down or move the hell out. Although they are nice looking apartments i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy not able to live a normal life more

They basically moved me in to get a bonus. After that they treat you like dirt. They told me all the appliances were new, but my stove was REALLY dirty, then they told me I did it and have to buy the cleaning supplies myself. They maintenance guy came to fix something and used my bathroom and didn't flush! The person above me smokes weed right outside my door and is always stomping more

Willows Senior Apartments

609 N 12th Street, Lebanon, PA 17046

Willows Senior Apartments is not what it was, or is, hyped to be. Originally, it was hyped as "affordable housing for active seniors" and occupancy was restricted to applicants 62 or older. Management secretively converted the restriction to "55 occupancy" and has not informed the existing population of the property of that change. Current management is inept and more
