Don't like it big glass door in the Master's bedroom. Always cold in winter period. Office staff needs more training. There was no notice given to me regards repair to be done on the floor outside. My car was almost damage last week. When I went to complain, the office staff was very rude, telling me that next time, I should get insurance. more

Brandon, the property manager was extremely helpful and professional. We needed a ground floor apt with no-steps access and the unit we just moved into is,spacious and already feels like home. Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional; he made the whole application and move-in process so easy - part of the reason we decided on Madison was because of him. more

Plaza Apartments

Altogether, I lived at Plaza for nearly 8 years. I originally had a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 years. After my employer transferred me, I moved out to be closer to my job. However, my new complex turned out to be a nightmare compared to Plaza (long story!); and so I ended up moving back into a one bedroom only a short time later. I'll break down each of my ratings, giving you my more

Plenty of parking. Surprisingly very very safe and comfortable environment. No disturbing noise from neighbors. Grounds is well kept up. The layout of the place is nice - lot of room. Kitchen - particularly - dishwasher and cabinets could be replaced. Staff is helpful. I'm not the easiest person to deal with and whenever I called in they were helpful and resolved every matter. Donnie is the more

It's terrible trying to find a parking space near your apartment because no one has designated parking spots. Way too pricey for what little they give you. The community is terrible, the staff is rude, and the maintenance staff is lazy. Brandy (the current leasing agent) is flat out disrespectful, rushing, and rude. She has no appreciation for her tenants. Oh, did I mention more

They basically moved me in to get a bonus. After that they treat you like dirt. They told me all the appliances were new, but my stove was REALLY dirty, then they told me I did it and have to buy the cleaning supplies myself. They maintenance guy came to fix something and used my bathroom and didn't flush! The person above me smokes weed right outside my door and is always stomping more

Willows Senior Apartments

609 N 12th Street, Lebanon, PA 17046

06/08/11 by anonymous:
Willows Senior Apartments is not what it was, or is, hyped to be. Originally, it was hyped as "affordable housing for active seniors" and occupancy was restricted to applicants 62 or older. Management secretively converted the restriction to "55 occupancy" and has not informed the existing population of the property of that change. Current management is inept and more
