I still remember going to look at the place and thinking how nice it was. Then, after I moved in, I learned there was know insulation between the units. You hear conversations, radios, TVs, dogs, cats, everything through the walls and ceiling. When someone walked, sneezed, coughed, talked, closed a door, flushed the commode, turned on the microwave, whatever, you heard it. When the neighbors went into or left their apartment, I both heard and felt their door close. Furniture would shake and you could hear and see items in the apartment move. Just ridiculous. I met several recovering, former mountain view village tenants and they've all had the same complaints. In fact, I just met two more former tenants yesterday and that's what prompted me to write this review. To me, the amount of noise and the lack of privacy negated any positive aspects.
