Pelham Park is a perfect example of owners and especially BUILDING MANAGEMENT who just do enough to "get by." Examples of this is they vaccuum common areas but never clean carpets, hallways and common areas are badly in need of paint, there is little or no extermination done and the bug population is rising, and they don't enforce their own rules and regulations, thus irresponsible tenants do what they want becaure they feel they can. It could be a great place to live, but....management simply does not care. They do what they have to to get by, that's it. Having lived at Pelham Park for several years, I would not reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, well maintained apt. complex with a good management team in place.
