Brittany Apartments (formerly Mc Kinney Properties Inc)

1717 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15221

01/19/15 by anonymous:
There is a reason I've chosen to renew my lease every time at Brittany, which has been my home since I moved to Pittsburgh. The staff are courteous and understanding, the maintenance workers respond to problems quickly and properly, and I've become very attached to my cozy apartment. I'm glad there's a garage where I can keep my car and be confident in its safety. (Also great more

Grandview Point

1411 Grandview Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15211

My roommate and I have lived here for 6 months now and we love it! They put all new appliances in our unit before we moved in and the view is amazing! All of the floors/walls are made from cement and insulated really well - I never hear my neighbors and they never hear me... And I'm loud! My two favorite things about living here though are the parking and the pool. I love knowing I have a more

Carriage Park Apartments

300 Chatham Park Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15220

Don't live here. There is dog poop everywhere you go, no one speaks English, people come into your apartment without notice, vague descriptions are left from Danielle who I've only seen once and she was stuffing her face with donuts- very profession... and then you go to contact her for more information and she's never available. Trust me it's cheap for a reason, pay the extra more

Crane Village Apartments

651-1b Oaklynn Court, Pittsburgh, PA 15220

12/18/14 by anonymous:
I moved to PGH from Ohio because I was accepted into a PhD program at Pitt. I was sort of pressured by the previous manager to sign, but upon first glance, everything seemed in order. I was horrified to find the staff (current) were just as pushy and unprofessional as the last manager. Honestly, I feel like this place preys on people from out of town: Crane Village (Banksville) is close to the more

Emerald Gardens Apartments

2400 Village Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205

Emerald Gardens(EG) is the best apartment I ever experienced. I lived here over an year, and I am relocating to another town, to my own purchased home. So I leave EG. If it were not, I would stay here much longer. EG is the best, for many reasons, management, neighbor, location, improvement you can feel everyday, and many others, and my personal experience. 1. Management : Among many other good more

Morgan at Northshore (Formerly Lincoln At North Shore Apts)

100 Anderson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212

As previous people have reviewed the front office is incompetent. They also don't run the complex for the residents living there, but more for money. It is very difficult to speak with them about a problem or concern without getting a childish reaction. Their community communication is also lacking. There has been construction on the garage and it is rare to get more than a 24hr notice on more

Club at North Hills

700 Duncan Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15237

DO NOT MOVE HERE... The biggest complaint I have is the management staff. They are awful, unprofessional, and constantly turning over. I have been here 2 years now and I can't count how many different leasing agents I've dealt with, maybe 7? The apartments themselves are very far from "luxury". This seems to be code in Pittsburgh for "you will pay more", more

Governors Ridge

112 Hilands Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15237

10/16/14 by pares123:
We have lived at Governors Ridge for a little over a year now, and I am surprised by some of the comments on this review. When we were looking for a place to live, we knew we wanted a townhouse and found they were hard to come by in Pittsburgh. This was one of the only places we could find that was decently priced and included a garage and a basement. The biggest downfall is, there are no more

Village In The Park

300 Marshall Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15214

01/12/15 by mgala:
I was extremely pleased with the Village In The Park apartments, as well as the way I was treated. Before I even moved in, the landlord, Tom, made what I felt was a special effort to improve the apartment with new paint and flooring, etc. Once I moved in, he was readily accessible and responded promptly to any requests or needs that I had. Talking to my neighbors prior to moving in, I was told more

Greenbriar Village

1701 Greenvalley Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15220

12/07/14 by anonymous:
Greenbriar village is over priced. The rent is raised $40 every year and eventually people cant afford it so they end up moving out. The apartments are not big at all. The neighbors....it's such a high turn over here because of the rent increases so you never know who's going to be living next to you. Ive been harassed and stalked by neighbors here and nothing was ever done about it. more
