Well, my husband, daughter and I have been here six months now and my sentiments have not changed. Greenbriar is certainly the best-run and best-kept complex in which I have ever had the pleasure of living. The office staff is more than accommodating, the maintenance staff is top-notch and our neighbors are, for the most part, nice and quiet. We did (and still might) have a problem with pharoah ants, which are incredibly hard to exterminate effectively (I did some online research)...the office staff called in an exterminator the day I called. The exterminator was there the next morning.

<br>It seems as if there are more small children moving in, which is a bonus for parents of a 2-year-old. I can´t wait for summer, so that we can go swimming in what looks to be a beautiful in-complex pool. We are planning on staying another year, which I hope will be as good as our first has been! My only complaint would be the number of what seems to be abandoned cars in the lots. There is plenty of parking available, so finding a spot is not the issue at all. The issue IS, however, that the abandoned cars are in the spaces closest to my apartment! It´s difficult to carry arms full of groceries, as well as a tired toddler, down from the upper parking lot. Other than that, which I consider to be an incredibly small problem (If this is the worst that happens, we are in awesome shape). I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment home in the south hills!
