I've been living here for a year and have found the staff is courteous. All maintenance requests have been prompt. Considering the utilities are included, it's not a bad deal. The apartments *are* older (don't expect
the most modern appliances or bathroom fixtures), but liveable with no pest problems. The building is quiet. I've lived in other university towns, so the request for lease renewals pretty early on seems standard--they just want to know what to expect according to the calendar--most leases begin/end around Aug/Sept. and a lot of students are looking for apts. long before then, so it is to be expected that others
would want to see the place. I've never had a problem with maintenance barging in--they knock, and leave a notecard behind when they have come in to fulfill a request so you know
they were there.

Overall I would recommend it.
