10/29/14 by Verified Resident: I do not know any thing about but thank you, because I live in a foreign country first time and I did not have any problem. so I generally am a extremely satisfied. I would recommend this apartment to my friends or relatives more

Apartment Store

444 E College Ave # 210, State College, PA 16801

10/18/14 by xtiny: This is for the Villas at Happy Valley. Where to start. So the photos on the website are completely misleading. No one's apartments look like that. They're a million times smaller. The walls are so poorly insulated I can hear my roommate peeing. Like, her pee literally hitting the water. It's disgusting. I can hear her TV 24/7 and I can hear every conversation she has. The carpets more

Calder Commons

520 E Calder Way # A, State College, PA 16801

10/01/14 by anonymous: Awesome building, always clean even after football weekends, location is good too right downtown. The office staff and maintenance are always really nice and helpful. They have a bunch of free food sometimes and contests throughout the year which is pretty cool. A fun building, but not too noisy, everyone is pretty respectful. Great place to live, I've stayed for 3 years! more

Vairo Village (formerly Heritage Oak Apartments)

10 Vairo Boulevard, State College, PA 16803

10/10/14 by anonymous: I've been living here for 2 years, but the apartment itself has been leased for 4 years (not everyone moving out at the end of each lease so only one or two people are replaced each time, so it wasn't a brand new lease when I came in.) The office staff overall is great. There is one lady who tends to be a bit rude, so I try to avoid her, but everyone else is fantastic. The property more

Beaver Hill Apartments

340 East Beaver Avenue, State College, PA 16801

10/28/14 by anonymous: PROS - very close to campus and downtown, right across frat row, next to a white loop bus stop (and blue loop is just a block down), close to other apartments (where most of your friends will be) and grocery store (McClanahan's will take all your money; if you have a car, Walmart will save you a lot on groceries), affordable rent considering it includes everything you need from cable to more

Park Forest Villas

1000 W Aaron Drive, State College, PA 16803

08/06/14 by anonymous: I just moved in recently. The apartment is clean; the bathroom has remodeled. Staff are professional: they responded to my requests immediately. The neighborhood is very nice; very closed to various shops. So far, I am very satisfied with my experiences here. more

Lions Gate Apartments

424 Waupelani Dr # H13, State College, PA 16801

02/13/14 by sp01251202: Honestly, I really doubt the people who made the fantastic and positive comments really lived at Lion s Gate. It s quite possible that Lion s Gate hired some people to write something good about it. I should have trusted all the people who left the bad comments here. First of all, the buildings are really old. Even compared to the other old apartments in State College, Lion s Gate more

Park Forest Apartments

901 W Aaron Dr # E, State College, PA 16803

09/05/14 by anonymous: The staff at the apartment is really strange. Before moving into the apartment, the staff send me an incomplete lease contract which has several lost pages. It has been really risky if I did not find it and sign back. After hastening them, they finally send me the seemingly complete conttract. When I decided not to rent the apartment, they asked me to hand in additonal reassignment fee to cover more

State College Park Apartments

348 Blue Course Drive, State College, PA 16803

05/31/14 by anonymous: Terrible Experience. Management is definitely one of the worst in State College. I don't even live here yet. They told me I could move in a certain day and didn't let me. They also told me they couldn't find my security and deposit for the first month, but once I threatened them that they were stealing my money magically appeared. Apartments are absolutely disgusting. Holes in the more
