I've lived here a few months now and its honestly not that bad. The management seems overwhelmed but are pretty nice. The maintenance guys are really funny and have given me suggestions on how to keep my apartment in order. They have a brand new office that is gorgeous!!!!! I have a great view of the mountians from my livingroom. The main drawback is that frontage road is a one way and the back gate is hardly ever open. This has definitely turned out to be a good place to have my first apartment at. You should try it.
