Like it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived at the Legacy for two years, my roommate and I like it because it is so close to base. the rates are pretty good, although they will be raising my rent when we resign my lease. The lady in the office is smok'n hot, so I am always finding reasons to go to office!! the only complaint I have is that the people do not pick up after there dogs, and sometimes it is hard to find a parking space.
