I agree with the previous post that the positive posts on this board are probably written by management.

The building is filled with crime. Since I've lived there, roughly four months, I've personally seen police enter the premises many times. I've seen a woman beat up by our neighbor, a drug deal, and at least one man attempting to break into the apartment. The front door to the building has been broken and wide open for at least a month, allowing anyone off of the street to enter and roam the halls.

Management is unfriendly and slow to respond to concerns. The place is generally dirty and noisy. I'm a young guy and don't feel too concerned about living out the rest of my lease here, but I would NOT bring a family into this building. There are plenty of other buildings in Anchorage that are nicer and CHEAPER than this one.

THIS IS ALL TRUE, MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO AT LEAST 5 TIMES HERE. MY NEIGHBOR WAS A DRUG DEALER. THE STAIRWELLS USUALLY SMELL LIKE PISS. JUST RUN AWAY.. AVOID WEIDNER AT ALL COSTS..
