I stayed at "The Outlook" which is owned by the same group at "Nelchina Point." The management employs very shady tactics in order to keep most or all of your security deposit. Don't worry about cleaning your apartment before move-out because they will find a way to keep your deposit anyway. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am and have filed several complaints against them through several avenues.
