THE WORST MANAGER ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ava who is the current manager is a liar. She did not tell us until after we signed a lease that we would not get $300 of our deposit back! They take 1/2 automatically as a "upholstery fee" , that might be ok in another circumstance however be it that the apt. is teeny tiny and that there was wear and tea, cigarette burns, and fraying! Also we were told at the time we signed our lease that we could choose to have housecleaning
for an extra $100 a month, now she says its not an option. Even if we dont want the cleaning we still pay! Then they took out the pop and newspapermachine, when I asked about this they told me they were trying to make it less hotel like, yet they have maid service still' I am going nuts, it has been one thing after another, and now for the grand finally, the trail of BLOOD down my hallway. Im not making any of this up! I would not suggest this community to anyone unless, A) you want to get ripped off B) Youdont mind super creepy maitnence men that stare at you and C)you like living in a building where something or someone was killed.
