Complex is now like Mountain View without the guns. Tenants with multiple felony convictions are welcomed. Police on premises about once a week. Very loud stereos and mufflers wake tenants facing parking lots. Crying babies can be heard through the walls, along with other undesirable noises. Regular rent increase twice a year. Lawns completely neglected; got mowed maybe twice this summer. Kids flood the common lawns all summer with the garden hoses left attached to spouts, so there are earwigs in the buildings in winter. Also other bugs. Buildings never cleaned. Laundry rooms no longer maintained; broken machines and lint blocking air exhaust hoses so clothes don't get dry. Lots of kids not being taken care of by parents, and leaving toys and bikes everywhere. Kids attract multiple ice cream trucks daily and their loud, electronic ice cream truck jingles. Pet owners are discriminated against & "pet rules" are not enforced fairly. $50 fine exists for not cleaning up even one pile of dog poop, yet there are mounds of cigarette butts all over the complex. No fine for that! No fine for candy wrappers and toys dropped by the kiddies! Dog poop piles up even with their stupid fine. Leash law rule not enforced. Unfortunately, the tenant with the most convincing story is believed, even when it's a lie. Don't let the new carpet, tile, and remodeled apartments fool you! This is still the ghetto. If you have to live here, the police and animal control phone numbers should be on your speed dial.

I agree to this review 100%... I couldn't have written it better myself. They advertise pet loving community but it's more like delinquent loving management. They lie to you over and over... nothing ever gets done about complaints unless they are about your pets and not about anything else. It's an aweful place to live!
