I lived in these apartments many many years ago, and it sounds like the exact same environment. People have been living in these places for years. Face it its cheap rent and always will be. I was in my 20's when I lived there and I actually witnessed a murder there in the early eighties. Saw many a beating and a few apartment fires. People know what their getting into or at least should. I did (I think I paid $350/month) What do you expect''''
