They groom the lawns and flower pots once a year in the spring to attract unsuspecting victims. Then once you're settled in, they ignore you completely. Maintenance enters units when you aren't home; I've had kitchen utensils go missing and items on shelves moved. Very creepy. Kids play in the halls and basements, track in mud, and make noise. Very noisy place anyway with F-16's, sirens, booming car stereos, domestic violence fights that police won't respond to, child abouse heard through walls. Majority of tenants have no respect for others and the management could care less. They take your complaint and it goes in one ear, out the other, and they probably laugh a nasty laugh when you leave the office.
