| ....and I'm sure it's only gotten worse with the passage of time. Paper-thin walls, obnoxious and noisy neighbors, and a "ghetto" feel to the place - and that was way back in the early '90s. | ||||||||||||

| Don't do it. When I moved in, the apartment didn't even look like it had been cleaned. There's a lot of crime, drugs, etc. in the area. Not worth the money. | ||||||||||||
