These apartments are great. They include utilties (minus water, which averages $20-$25 for a two bedroom), basic cable, furniture, business center, fitness center, large laundry facility, a free storage unit, secured access and covered parking so you don't have to shovel snow off your car in the winter. The management is great and they handle repair requests in a timely manner. It's everything you want for carefree living. The bedrooms are pretty large but it's only downfall is that some of the living rooms are kind of small depending on floor plan. Overall if you don't have kids that need lots of space to play, this is a great place to live.

When you say utilities are included except water, this means cable and electricity?
