ive lived at the club twice on two different occasions the first time i didnt get one cent of my deposit back-even though i left it in the upmost clean condition. I also had to live and pay another months rent there because my letter of vacating mysteriously disapeared. The second time-i just moved out on may 31st 2008 and hmmm its july 19th right now and i still havent got my deposit back-every week they say "next week" and they recently told me they overnighted my check that was 3 days ago.

Also my apartment flooded when i was there from the melting spring snow. My whole flow was soaking with water and they said they would take the carpet cleaning bill off when i moved out. Well, they said they had no record of it and they werent going to take it off until i told them i took pictures.

The club is very good at taking your money and making sure you pay your bills but they SUCK at giving you the money they owe YOU!

Dont moved there, yes their office looks nice-but thats about it!

Weidner owes you your deposit within 14 days from move out. If they do not get it back to you within that time frame they owe you 3 times the amount of the deposit. I would press the issue and get in contact with HUD.

yes they said they are giving me 1600-BUT i still havent gotten it-they say next week next week

I went to these apartments with my out of state company setting up the arrangements. When I got there the apartment was in very poor, non livable condition, my company moved me out within 72 hours, and they never rented from them again.
