I have lived nearly 6 months and I will definitely renew my lease, the office staff is great and always gets my requests accomplished quickly. I have a pet and this seems to be a very pet friendly place, unlike some of the privately owned places I have rented from in the past. They keep the parking lots plowed and the paths sholved, I like that I only have to pay one check a month and that includes all of my utilites, you just cant beat the convience. I like that the property is professionally managed. I just feel very safe here and I have a great view of the mountains. The price is a little steep but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall a perfect place to live!
