The manager is great. Very attentive to tenants needs. Maintenance man is also very conscientious. Homes well built. Utility bills low (3rd floor apt). Noise level from other tenants almost non-existent. Traffic noise is significant but a good floor fan will drown out the noise. The one thing that needs serious attention is snow/ice removal. Owners need to negotiate better contract. Snow/ice accumulated too long on steps and driveway. Dangerous for all residents and visitors.
