too many problems here. parking is always a night mare you have one assigned spot but everyone else parks there. There's been no heat in the winter time for two days. Noise a huge problem and land lord refuses to do anything about it.

OMG I lived there for about a few months and it was the worst place ever! I started off living in #215, the only one that has 2 bedrooms. When we moved in it was freshly painted so we thought that was nice but we found out soon enough why they keep repainting it..There is a major mold problem ! We told the landlord and she said she would send someone, and 3 weeks later "someone" finally showed up and they just walked in, looked at it, and said "ok" and didn't do a damn thing about it. There was also the damn fire detector that kept going off with any little thing. It got so bad that my sister in law ended up smashing it with a broom. Our roommates ended up moving so we moved to a 1 bedroom and this one was right next to the laundry room. Well a few weeks into us being there, one of the washing machines sprung a leak or something and the water ended up leaking into OUR apartment. We told one of the maintenance guys and he said there was nothing he could do about it. So we ended up with squishy and then later SMELLY carpet. Landlord is very quick to charge you for any little thing but god forbid you should ask her to fix something! Oh yeah, and when my husband asked one of the maintenance guys why the landlord just repainted the rooms instead of actually fixing the problem, he said it was because she intends to knock down the building in a couple of years so why waste the money? Nice...
What else..oh yeah, parking is a nightmare. For some reason only the top two floors get parking in front and the ones on the bottom floor have to park in the back where there is NO light. There is a crazy man that lives in the bottom floor. He's schizophrenic or something and at night he would come out and rant about who-knows-what and would make little snide comments if you passed by. OH AND HOW COULD I FORGET THE CLOGGED TOILETS! Everyone I know that has lived at Corner 101 knows that it has the worst plumbing. Don't plan on doing number 2 if you're living there because you might get stuck living with it for a few days.
Sure, it's cheap, but it's not really worth it! I'm just telling it like it is. Sorry, Mrs. Julia!
