I would not recommend Yak Estates. The management has failed on several occasions to notify tenants of important upcoming events such as snow removal. The result of which was having our car towed at "our" expense. Management and employees have also failed to ensure records got updated with our contact information as we have provided them on separate occasions with home phone, wife's cell phone, my cell phone and also my work number. Several times the heat has stopped working in our apartment building leaving twelve families with out heat for hours thru the night. These apartments are old, and not well insulated. Please save yourself the aggravations we have gone through and choose somewhere else for your family to stay.
