The management is greedy

They constantly add fees that are not on the rental agreement and never make repairs. The window open at the bottom , which makes for pets being able to get loose easily and unsafe for children. The pait is peeling and the carpets are very old. Not to mention the entire place is covered in carpet, so it very difficult to clean. The bathrooms and kitchens are way to small to be functional.

Fee's are all listed on the lease.
$50 Late Fee. $50 Nsf Fee
$50 Lock Out Fee but they only Charge $30
$25 Trash Fine per bag. Some of the residents here are
so junky that they need to raise the fee to $100.
The apartments are older but repairs are done in a timely
matter if you call it in.
The windows is an easy access out. So put in screens or
like my neighbors did... baby proof it. They put a baby
gate or laddis like screen in.
The entire place is carpeted. Try purchasing a door mat or
a runner for the front door.
The bathroom and kitchen is very small. But hey less
space to clean. Annoying small though.
I like this place, its reasonably priced and one of the few places
that takes pets.
