When I needed maintenance to come fix some items in my apartment, they were there the same day I put in the request. GREAT JOB! Unfortunately, I am not sure why these nice apartments are letting dresser drawers sit in a breeze way for over 1 month now along with vaccum cleaners. I can only assume that this is a management issue because this would not have been allowed with the old management company. I am hoping something can be done about this because it makes the apartment complex look trashy. I still would recommend Wellington Manor to others as long as this does not continue.
