A Living Nightmare!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Living in Wellington Manor was great until new owners bought the property. Now, living here is horrible. The lawn is hardly ever cut. When the mowers cut the lawn, they leave clippings on the sidewalk. The stairways and the breezeways are not clean. It s actually filthy. Pets are allowed to dispose of their droppings near the sidewalk and sometimes on the sidewalk. There are constant fights in the neighborhood. Just the other day, shots were fired near the playground. The Alabaster Police Department is becoming a familiar friend of this neighborhood because of the overwhelming accounts of violence in the apartment complex. Living in Wellington Manor has been and is a living nightmare!
