I have lived at here for 2.5 years & it really has gone downhill since Engel took it over. As other reviewers mentioned, the landscaping isn't as nice, the breezeways are disgusting, you usually have to ask twice to get maintenance to come out & it appears that all the management company cares about is filling the place up. I can't tell you how resentful I am that after living month to month for a year that they FORECED me to sign a new lease or pay an increase of over $100 a month, which that place is NOT worth. The rent increases every year but there is no added value for it. Many of the chairs by the pool need to be replaced, the fitness center really needs new bikes & another treadmill as one isn't enough for a community of that size. The won't even buy new hoses for the car wash station!!!! You should see these hoses, its really bad. I've also noticed that they have cut back on the use of an after hour answering service. "Got a problem Sunday afternoon' Too bad!"

Many of the residents feel this way but I'm sure it doesn't matter to Engel Properties. They are cheap & greedy & when I move, it will not be to another property managed by this horrible company. Honestly, I feel kind of bad for the office staff because they have to deal with all of the angry residents that are getting screwed by their employer.
