I've lived here for about three years, and since the new management has taken over, things have quickly started to go down hill as the rent continues to shift upward. The office staff is unorganized and oftentimes clueless. Don't expect them to even speak to you when you go in to pay your rent. Maintenance is an increasing problem! Currently there are only two maintenance workers for this entire community. They are overworked and simply cannot meet the demands of the tenants. I've had to wait several days for minor repairs. The grounds are not as well kept anymore, and the new breed of residents don't seem to care about trashing the place. Breezeways are often filled with trash, cigarettes, etc. Pets are allowed to poop everywhere. It's too bad for Wellington Manor because this use to be the "prime choice" of rental properties in this small yet growing community.
