The management messed up our billing two seperate times, the first being the week we moved after we paid all our fees. The police visited us at five in the morning looking for the previous tenants. Gangs of roaming teenagers rulled the parking lots. Our door had been kicked in before we moved in and not well repaired. The refrigerator was broken and the peep hole was painted over. None of it was ever fixed. Our water bill mysteriously jumped 150%. Females should not go to the pool without an escourt. They held a community clean-up day to try to get the tenets to clean the grounds, though they did promise refreshments (lol). I didn't feel safe leaving my wife and child there alone. Don't move here. It really isn't worth it.
