I lived at woodbrook for 4 years. not the best place but not the worst place. Management seems to turnover quite frequently. The office was very willing to help on payments or whatever, but usually took a few calls.
The management was very nice to my family until we told them we were moving. Then they were outwardly mean. They were repeatedly short and rude whenever we talked with them. Our water bill was never managed correctly, in my opinion, large billing increases for no reason. Had to have it corrected several times..."water services are guessed at", is what one water service employee told me.
The management never had an answer for anything the first time you called. And each time you called you get a different response. Loud and outrageous tenants.
