I have regretted moving in here, almost since I signed the lease. I find at least 2 spiders every day - and an occasional roach. ( I did not have a problem with bugs before living here.) The majority of my neighbors do not bother to watch their children. No one seems to care. I have had many "promises" of repairs, but usually wind up fixing things myself b/c I can't stand it. Maintenance seems hell bent on not doing any actual work.
Local police have searched the area several times while I have lived here, though we are never told why.
I can't wait to move! I would spend the extra money and find a better place.
