Things sure have changed. I have lived in Woodbrook Trails twice. First when I was in college. The second when I moved back to this area to teach. Both times I was very satisfied so I was put in the position of needing somewhere to live for a short period of time, I went back to Woodbrook Trails. I was very disappointed. They have really let the place go - carpets are awful, cabinets are peeling, bathrooms are terrible. I couldn't believe my eyes. Needless to say I won't be living there again.
