I have lived at Woodbrook for many years. I have never had a problem with other tenants or management or maintenance not taking care of my problems as quick as they could get to them. I understand that sometimes someone else's maintenance issues would have to be put before mine and that was fine. As for the pools, I would spend everyday at the pool and I never had problems except with parents that wouldn't make their children follow the rules. Even sometimes it was the adults that wouldn't follow the rules. I think the management, regardless of which Manager has been here, has always been able to answer any questions I might have had. I was very impressed when they hired a grounds person full time and was very pleased with the out come. I know that they have a different person on grounds now and I can tell that they are working hard to get the grounds back up to par.
Someitmes if people would go the extra step and do the right thing it would make everyone's life in an apartment much better. Like putting your trash in the trash bins and not outside them. In order to keep an apartment complex top notch it takes the whole community, you can't just dump it on the staff at Woodbrook.
