I moved here due to a family emergency, I should have kept looking. I was boldly lied to about the community and safety. I have lived here for 6 weeks and have seen the police here atleast 30 times. Drug dealers run this community, management is aware and does nothing; teenagers run the playground, and the drama at the pool is not worth it.
I had no hot water for the first week I was here and no air conditioner for the first entire month. The grounds are poorly kept; people let their dogs deficate in the breezeways and near your personal patio.
I have been informed by the police department that I need to leave these apartments as soon as possible for my families safety, and to be very cautious of my surroundings.
I will be vacating as soon as other arrangements can be made.
I have read some of the positive reviews and can't help but wonder who "planted" them, anyone who lives here knows none of that is true. This place is dangerous. No matter how desperate you are, keep looking, this is NOT worth the problems you WILL have.

I don't understand, I am looking at your overall rating of the apartments and it appears to me that the parking is better than average, you are saying that maintenance is about average or maybe a little below, the construction is poor, the noise is average or a little below, the grounds are poor, office staff poor, but on safety you give an above average. Sounds to me like you have a grudge with the office staff. I toured this property Saturday and today. I found the office to be very helpful, I thought the grounds looked very good other than the dumpster area, and that looks to me like some lazy residents. I would think with a police presents you would feel more safe and hopefully that they are doing there jobs and trying to get rid of the problems that you say about the drug dealers.

Police being here is not for presence, it's because they are here arresting residents. I may have mis-marked the safety, the safety is very low here. My statement on the grounds is based on fact and another poster who stated this place is beautifully landscaped which it is not. I have no grudges other than that things are not done in an appropriate time frame, not even within a week, and many other residents have the same complaints about the drugs, yet nothing happens. If management took a stronger stance on the issues here, such as a portion of the lease which states drug use and sale on the property is forbidden and will be grounds for lease termination yet no terminations occurs. You will have to make your own determination on this place, but do read that I am NOT the only poster with these complaints. Good luck
