I do not recommend this property to anyone! I have lived in these apartments from since 2003 and the apartments are just falling apart. The real estate company that owns it does not honor their part of the agreement to uphold the apartments in good condition and they are very very rude when you call to inform them of your problems. They only fix things to hold it over until it breaks again and thats only if they take the time to fix it. For the amount of money that is paid, which is over $500/month, I would not suggest these apartments to a bum on the street! You could find a house to rent that is better than these apartments!
