The property has changed Managment companies and the change has been for the better. The maintenance staff has been exceptional, when the managment changed the improvment was like night and day.Recently we have a new propety manager and I found her to be even beter. The property is an older one, however it's fairly nice and having lived in the anniston area in several complexes I've personaly found this one to have the best balance of conveniance, cost and qaulity. There are no ammeinties such as a pool or tennis courts, but the area in which it is located is growing and is becoming quit nice. As a resident of Cane Creek I highly recomend it.
