Beautiful grounds very well maintained, manager is great and maintenance is here anytime you need him. We moved here in December, 2010 around Christmas and have really liked it from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this

These are probably the wors insulated apartments I have ever lived in! Only 3 out of 7 rooms are heated/air conditioned. Maintenence takes FOREVER to get anything done! The grass is infested with fleas also.

Our story As you can see most of the reviews are a 1.0 and for a reason. The 5.0's are diffidently the managers and company writing the reviews. Over I loved the apartments they were very quite, cheaper than any other apartments of that size in the area. Over just a nice place to live.

~First - our rent will increase from 550 to at least 585. When asked why, we were told that it was because property taxes were going up.
