Overall, it's alright... - I have lived at Cane Creek for almost 2 years. The only reason I am moving out is because my fiance is being transferred to Tuscaloosa. The apartments are pretty well kept. Things are much different The property has changed Managment companies and the change has been for the better. The maintenance staff has been exceptional, when the managment changed the improvment was like night and day.Recently we have a new propety manager and I found her to be even beter.
