Not What it Seems

I lived there with my family in one of the 3 bedroom units. Although the unit looked nice at first, I didn't know what I had gotten into until after a few days. I was living in a downstairs unit and had a single lady living above us (so we thought it would be quiet), boy were we wrong! We could hear everything! I have small kids so when she would have a party and get drunk we could hear her guests using foul language. On many occasions we got complaints for noise when no one was home. And don't think this place is secure by any means. The pool area has a lock on it, but they have never changed the code so past residents come to use it at ungodly hours of the night (not to mention with radios and beer). The parking is awful, there is a lot of room (depending on where you live) but can become a real problem if you live close to the main office. Someone had previously mentioned the fitness center, yea there is none and if your female you can go to Fitness for Women but to actually use their facilities you MUST sign a 2 year contract. And the staff, you lucky if the same staff you sign your lease with is still there when you move out, so if you talk to someone about apartment issues remember to do a follow-up because they may have forgotten to mention it to the incoming staff.
Oh yea one more thing if you have any pets be sure to clean after them because although we don't have any pets we got billed for "pet clean-up" claiming that the office had to clean up our dog's "mess" from the front 'yard'. After going over to the office and Proving to them we have no pets we got the bill removed but sadly that wasn't the last time...
So no run, as fast as you can.. don't let the green grass fool you!
