This is a nice apartment from the outside looking in, but for what you pay and hove to put up with...keep moving! The apartments are build VERY cheap, I can hear the people next to me talking in the kitchen and in the bathroom (word for word) and I can hear the people underneath me walking, talking, running the washer and dryer,TV, and having sex (I'm on the 3rd floor)..so this should let you know the walls and floors are very thin!
A lot of people here have pets and do not pick up after them or keep them on a leash, so watch where you step and if you have kids...hold on to them! Also people in the complex drive like bats out of hell...just be careful when you are driving around.
The current leasing staff is AWFUL...Christina is ok, but Rita is rude and clueless as to what is going on. And if you have been living here before they began to work, keep all of your paper work so they will not blame you for not paying rent or a water bill or fitness bill before they arrived at the complex...Porter Properties is not helpful either with resolving issues.
Maintence is AWFUL...when a request is made, it could take possibly 3 days for you to get someone out to fix what you need to get fixed. And when the one and only maintence guy shows up he invalidates your issue and laughs at you...basically I think this is because he does not know what he is doing.
I think you should not be excited about the hype...you can find something better in the Auburn area.
